What is Power Yoga & Pranayama

Power Yoga is a dynamic and athletic form of yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and stamina through a series of flowing sequences.. It typically includes a variety of standing, balancing, seated, and inverted postures, as well as core-strengthening exercises. Power Yoga builds heat in the body, promotes detoxification, and cultivates mental focus and discipline. 

Pranayama is the practice of breath control and regulation in yoga. Pranayama techniques aim to expand and enhance the vital energy within the body through conscious manipulation of the breath. By harnessing the power of breath, Pranayama exercises promote relaxation, stress reduction, and increased vitality. Techniques may include deep breathing, breath retention, alternate nostril breathing, and more.
